Beef Short Rib Stew.


20ml oil.

Handful fresh thyme.

500g Beef Short Rib(cubed)

15ml paprika.

15ml barbecue spice.

1 cup pickled onion

1 cup beef stock.

1 can, canned tomatoes.

Robot peppers, cut into Chucks.

salt and pepper.


Heat oil, sauté thyme and remove from oil.

Add the beer short ribs until browned, season with barbecue spice and paprika.

add pickled onion.

Mix well, pour in the stock and add tomatoes. Let it cook for 1 hour on low heat, add the peppers and thyme and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

serve with bread
