4 cups flour.
4teaspoons baking powder.
4 large eggs.
11/4 cup sugar .
2 teaspoons essence of choice.
2 cups milk.
1 cup vegetable oil.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180degrees.
- cream sugar, eggs,and oil.
- add the essence and milk and continue to mix.
- from another bowl mix the flour and baking powder and add to the wet ingredients one cup at a time, mix till smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased muffin pan and bake till golden brown ( you can also use paper cups). Enjoy
